Hello everyone!
Sorry it's been awhile, life seems to get really busy sometimes. So here is a quick update on life in Canada.
Our Young womens president has several horses and took the kids out riding (okay it was only inside the stable) and Isaac loved it. He kept saying yeehaw over and over.
Amelia is now a walking machine. She started a little late (probably because Isaac would push her over) but, now after a month or two is a speedy little thing. She is learning to say new words everyday. She seems to have a knack for language, copying people all day. I'm amazed sometimes at the things she understands and words she knows. For example Isaacs favorite song is Jingle Bells and so we often sing it in the car and Isaac will sing the last word of each line. The other day we realized that Amelia was singing it by herself, including the the Ho Ho Ho part. It is really cute, I'll try and get it on videa.
Isaac is growing so fast. He will be three in a few days and I can hardly believe it. His pants are all getting to short. He is just a tall skinny little guy. The other day it was cold out and I told Isaac I was going to get the mail. He came downstairs and started putting on his boots (it had snowed the day before, no joke) I told him it was to cold for him to go outside without pants on, as he was only wearing a diaper. He continued to put on his boots and said "Mom, I have my legs on".
He really is a smart kid.
You will notice a photo below were Isaac has a purple face and hand. Brett left raspberry jam sitting on the kitchen table the other morning. Amelia and Isaac decided to crawl up and eat some. What a mess. The best part was the they had purple hands for two or three days. No matter what I did or how long they soaked in the tub it didn't wash off. What a jam (hee hee).
